Meet Rutger Gret, whom I had the pleasure of hand making his Lucky Luke replica rig.
He is involved in various conventions and comic book events, and is now the official comic book cosplay 'Lucky Luke' in both the Netherlands, and Belgium..
He worked really hard to get the right look, and accurately replicate the original comic book character. We ended up emailing back and forth to get the belt and holster looking just right.
