I’ve spoken to customers in the past about gun storage, having been warned by a chap about potential damage caused by keeping guns permanently in their holster.
They confirmed that their biggest worry is the possibility of damage to the patina on their guns, or even potential rusting. Even with a light rub of oil, your gun can then cause either the case, or safe to get oily marks everywhere.
Now, I was chatting to a customer ages ago, who was telling me he stores all his oiled guns wrapped in cotton cloth. Well, that got me thinking, about the idea of proper gun pouches. So off I went and googled, only to find that it’s not something I’ve seen out there, and now finally, I got round to doing something about it.
These pouches are made from a nice thick 100% cotton, and have a tie at the top, just to keep everything secure. They can be embroidered, or kept plain. I have just finished making a few for a customer, for his Colt .45, and one for their Remington. He will be updating me on how they behave in use.
The pouches can also be used to transport your guns, individually protected. Or they can just be a way to stop your wife shouting at you for getting your socks oily from storing your umarex in your sock drawer.
Usual disclaimer that the guns are not included in the sale.
