This Black Powder Flask Pouch is is made using classic leather craft methods, and is built to last, just like the original pouches.

The 3.5mm vegetable tanned leather is wet formed around a black powder flask to get that 'snug' fit.   The leather is then left to dry (a process which can take several days), before the flask pouch is then dyed,  hand stitched, and the edges are given a good burnishing.  A good solid Sam Brown fitting is used to keep your flask in place.

It is best where possible to send me the dimensions of your black powder flask, as since I own several flask of varying sizes, I can dig out the best one to use as a mold for the leather.   I will need the length, and diameter at the widest part of the flask.

The flask pouch can be dyed in a number of colours, and because it is made to order, the design can be adjusted to suit your needs completely.   Being made to order, I do need time to make the pouch.
